Steps to make Keto Sauted Veggies:
  1. Blanch tomato for 5 minutes in hot salted water. Remove from hot water, peel of the skin and puree it.
  2. Heat butter and oil in a wok.
  3. Add chopped mushrooms and saute until it's soft.
  4. Add crushed garlic and fry.
  5. Add cleaned and chopped cauliflower, beans and carrots and saute.
  6. Add black pepper and salt and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add the tomato puree and cook until the moisture is absorbed.
