Steps to make Paan petha balls and coconut​ rabdi:

  4. Add sugar, cardamon powder, milk powder, rose essence, dry anjeer, gulkand, pink food colour, paan and tulsi leaves and petha and mix well.
  5. Make balls and put in fridge to set.
  6. For coconut rabdi:
  7. In a pan, add all ingredients, mix well and take 3-4 boils stirring continuously or until it thickens a little.
  8. To assemble:
  9. In a serving dish, arrange paneer balls and pour coconut rabdi on it.
  10. Garnish with fresh cream and chopped pista and serve chilled.
