  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with the melted butter and 1 tablespoon of the icing sugar. Press into a mould and refrigerate till firm.
  2. Whip cream with icing sugar until soft peak stage.Melt chocolate on double boiler, add the cocoa powder and almond powder. Mix and add vanilla essence. Blend well and set aside.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and grated paneer together. Fold in cream/chocolate mixture, cocoa powder and almond powder. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Spread into mould on top of crushed biscuits. Cover and Freeze until firm and set.
  5. Garnish-with strawberry sauce, kiwi sauce, cherry,tulsi and chocolate leaves, silver balls serve.
