  1. In pot with tight fitting lid, combine rice, water, butter and 1/2 tsp salt
  2. Bring to boil, stir once, cover with lid, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. In large skillet, combine onion, garlic, mushrooms and bison.
