  2. Make ready seasoning
  3. Prepare 2 pineapple rings
  4. Make ready 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  5. Take 2 tbsp. diced, pickled jalapenos
  6. Get 2 Kings Hawaiian Burger Bunes

Instructions to make Spicy Island Bison Burgers:
  1. Form your ground bison into 2 equal sized patties. Season with your favorite burger seasoning.
  2. Stir jalapenos into cream cheese. Set aside.
  3. Place burgers and pineapple rings onto hot grill (approx. 300*F). Cook for approximately 6 minutes. Flip burgers and pineapples.
  4. After approximately 4 more minutes, place a spoonful of cream cheese onto the top of each burger. Place pineapple rings on top. Close grill and allow to cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Place burgers on burger buns and serve.
  6. You'll probably have lots of leftover pineapple rings… might I suggest an excuse to make: Pineapple Upside Down Cake!
