  1. Cut the pork loin into strips.
  2. Get the herbs and spices together
  3. Add oil and vinegar in the herbs and spices, mix well
  4. Add the strips to a zip lock bag pour marinade on top of srips
  5. Coat the pork well
  6. Close zip lock bag squeeze all the air out as your closing bag
  7. Put it in the refrigerator over night
  8. Chop the onions up. In a large pan or wok add oil and heat.
  9. Add onions to hot oil along with the pork. Stir fry.
  10. Get the pork very browned. Add beans and salt. Stirring constantly.
  11. Add marinade and stir fry 7 minutes.
  12. Form a crater in middle of beans
  13. Mix arrowroot powder and water
  14. Pour in the middle and stir well coating the beans and pork it will thicken
  15. Let sit 3 minutes
