  5. Prepare 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  6. Prepare 1 medium Onion, chopped
  7. Take 1 envelope Brown gravy mix
  8. Prepare 1/2 envelope French onion soup mix
  9. Prepare 2 clove Garlic, minced
  10. Get 1 tsp Dried dill
  11. Take 1 1/2 cup Water
  12. Take 1/2 cup White wine
  13. Get 1/2 cup Sour cream
  14. Get 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  15. Take 1 Cooked egg noodles or rice

Instructions to make Crockpot Pork Stroganoff:
  1. Melt butter and oil in a large pan.
  2. Dredge your porkchops in the flour, placing them in the pan and saute until just browned.
  3. Add your porkchops along with the drippings and all the scrapings to the crockpot.
  4. Add all your other ingredients except for the sourcream into the crockpot.
  5. Cook on low for eight hours or high for four.
  6. Add your sour cream and stir well.
