  1. Get 1 packages Pork Strips (used for stir fry)
  2. Take 1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  3. Get 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  4. Prepare 2 cup 100% Pineapple Juice
  5. Make ready 1 can Cubed/Crushed Pineapple
  6. Prepare 1/3 cup Maraschino Cherries (optional)
  7. Make ready 1/2 cup Slivered Sweet Orange Peppers
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup Slivered Sweet Red Peppers
  9. Get 2 cup Cooked Jasmine Rice (According to Package)

Instructions to make Hawaiian Pork Stir Fry:
  1. Marinate Pork strips with the first three ingredients (Sugar, Soy sauce and Pineapple Juice) overnight in refrigerator . If you're not able to marinate overnight, give the meat at least 4 hours to sit in juices.
  2. Cut up your peppers in slivers. Add a little olive oil to saute pan. Just enough to cook off peppers. Saute on low for about 7 minutes.
  3. Add pineapples. IF YOU'RE USING CRUSHED PINEAPPLES, SAVE THIS STEP FOR LAST. Cook the pineapples with peppers for another 4 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. At this time start preparing your Jasmine rice according to the package.
  5. Add meat to your pan. Cook until fully cooked. Add veggies, pineapples and maraschino cherries to pan. Just reheat until all ingredients are hot and steamy.
  6. Cup out Jasmine Rice and place stir fry atop rice.
