  2. Make ready 8 cup boiling water
  3. Take 4 cup finely chopped shiitake mushrooms
  4. Prepare 1 sweet yellow onion
  5. Prepare 8 tsp dried rosemary
  6. Take 24 oz bacon strips, thick cut

Steps to make Food Wars - "Gotcha" Pork Roast:
  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. Heat water to a boil, then add in potato flakes and stir until thick.
  3. Chop onion and sauté on high heat (about 400°) until golden brown.
  4. Mix potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and dried rosemary together in a large bowl. Knead until thoroughly mixed.
  5. Cover a large baking tray with parchment paper, then lay 2/3 of the bacon strips out on the tray, as closely as possible without overlapping.
  6. Pile the entire potato mixture on top of the bacon, in the shape of a bread loaf, and wrap the bacon around it. Lay the remaining bacon on top and shape into a firm meat loaf.
  7. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes to an hour, or until crispy.
  8. Slice and serve!
