Steps to make Burger Bun:
  1. Mix the all tangzhong ingredients in a non sticky pan, cook in the stove with low flame until thicken into pudding, let it cool down and step aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix water, yeast and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and flour, mix it well.
  4. Add tangzhong and start to knead it until smooth.
  5. Add salt and butter, and knead it again until smooth and elastic (window pane test).
  6. Cover the dough and wait until 40 minutes until doubling the size.
  7. Open the cover, divide it and make a round circle form. Cover it again and wait 30 minutes until it rise.
  8. Brush the top with the mixture and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  9. Heat the oven to 190°c for 10 minutes.
  10. Put inside the bun in the oven and bake it until golden brown for about 15-20 minutes.
