The ingredients needed to make Chicken Bun:
  1. Prepare 1 Chopped onion
  2. Prepare 1/2 kg chicken boneless
  3. Make ready 1 tsp ginger powder
  4. Take 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. Take 2 tbsp oil
  6. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp soy sauce
  9. Make ready 1 tsp mustard paste
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  11. Get 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  12. Get 1 pinch Salt
  13. Take Dough
  14. Make ready 2 cups maida
  15. Make ready 11/2 tsp sugar
  16. Get 2 tsp instant yeast
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  18. Take 1 egg
  19. Prepare 1/4 cup milk
  20. Get 1/4 cup lukewarm water

Instructions to make Chicken Bun:
  1. Heat up oil in a kadai,add onion and saute till it becomes translucent.
  2. Add chicken and cook for 5-8mins
  3. Add ginger powder, garlic powder, salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder and mix well.
  4. Add soy sauce,mustard paste and tomato ketchup..Mix well cover and cook on low flame for 5-6minutes.
  5. Allow it to cool down completely.
  6. In a blender,add cooked chicken and chop coarsely.
  7. Add mozzarella cheese mix and keep aside.
  8. In a mixing bowl,add maida,sugar,instant yeast,salt and mix well.
  9. Add egg and milk mix well.
  10. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead to a dough.
  11. Grease dough with oil and cover.Rest for an hour or till it double the size.
  12. After an hour,sprinkle some flour and knead it again to make it smooth.
  13. Grease hand with oil,take a small ball of dough,slightly roll it out with the rolling pin.
  14. Keep the chicken stuff in center and seal all the edges.
  15. On baking tray,sprinkle flour and place the dough.
  16. Cover and let it rest for 10minutes.
  17. Brush with egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  18. Bake in preheated oven at 180 c for 25-30minutes.
