  14. Make ready Ginger/Garlic Paste
  15. Get Seasoning, rose Mary+ cardamom pod+ cumin(grated)

Steps to make Pumpkin Buns:
  1. Here are all the ingredients needed for our dough, add all ingredients in a bowl and form a dough, knee for 8-10 mins to form a soft and elastic dough
  2. Cover with a cling film for 40mins while you make the filling
  3. In a pan, add in your chicken, add your chopped onions,ginger garlic paste, bonnet, chopped Presley, mayo, seasoning and spices saute for some mins, add the sweet corn
  4. Add the sweet corn and our fillings is ready.
  5. All we need now is our dough, thread, and fillings. Make a small balls, pick one, spread it with your hands, add the filling and cover it gently to form a a round shape
  6. You tie a thread gently to it like shown in the picture, making eight sections with the thread, repeat till dough is finish, allow it rise for 20mins, egg wash with egg York + 2tspn milk, bake for 30 mins o till golden brown.
