The ingredients needed to make Chicken buns:
  1. Make ready Dough
  2. Make ready 2 cups All-purpose flour
  3. Get 2 Tsp Instant yeast
  4. Make ready 1 Tsp Castor sugar
  5. Get 1 egg
  6. Take 1/4 cup milk+ lukewarm water mixture
  7. Prepare 1 Tbsp Oil
  8. Make ready Black seed
  9. Make ready Filling
  10. Take 1-2 Tbsp oil
  11. Get 1 Onion chopped
  12. Take 1/2 kg Chicken (boneless)
  13. Make ready 1 Tsp Ginger paste
  14. Take 1 Tsp Garlic paste
  15. Take 1/2 Tsp Salt
  16. Prepare 1 Tsp Black pepper
  17. Make ready 1 Tsp Red pepper crushed
  18. Take 1 Tbsp Chilli sauce
  19. Make ready 1 Tsp Soya sauce
  20. Get 1 cup Mozzarella +Cheddar cheese grated

Instructions to make Chicken buns:
  1. Dough: In bowl,add all-purpose flour, sugar, instant yeast and mix.
  2. Now add egg in dry ingredients and mix.
  3. Knead dough with milk water mixture properly.
  4. Add cooking oil,continue kneading.
  5. Cover the dough and rest it for an hour and a half,till risen in double.
  6. Filling preparation: In frying pan,add cooking oil, onion and saute until translucent.
  7. Add chicken garlic paste,ginger paste and mix well until changes color.
  8. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli and mix well.
  9. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes then cook on high flame until moisture is reduced.
  10. Let it cool down. - - In chopper, add cooked chicken,chop coarsely & take out in a bowl.
  11. Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
  12. Knead prepared dough again, spinkle flour and knead until smooth.
  13. Grease hand with oil,take a small dough,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
  14. In the center of the dough,add chicken filling, and make a ball.
  15. On baking tray,spinkle flour and place prepared buns. - - Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes (this helps to rise more)
  16. Apply egg on prepared buns and sprinkle black seeds.
  17. Bake in preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
