The ingredients needed to make Meaty filled flower bun:
  1. Get Dough
  2. Take 2 cups all-purpose flour
  3. Take 2 tsp milk powder
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp yeast
  5. Prepare 2 tsp sugar
  6. Make ready 1/4 baking powder
  7. Take 1 tsp cooking oil
  8. Prepare 1 tsp butter
  9. Prepare 1 cup water
  10. Take Meat filling
  11. Prepare 1/2 kg minced beef

Instructions to make Meaty filled flower bun:
  1. In a clean, dry bowl.. pour in flour
  2. Add in milk p
  3. Sugar
  4. Baking powder
  5. Yeast
  6. Whisk
  7. Add oil
  8. Butter
  9. Whisk again
  10. Add water
  11. Combine well
  12. Then transfer to a kneading surface, knead well for good 20-25mins
  13. Transfer back to the bowl, Rub dough with lil oil
  14. Cover with cling film and place in a warm place for 40mins to 1hr. Or until doubled in size
  15. Place pan on medium heat, pour in oil and fry onion, green pepper + beef
  16. Spices(garlic p/ ginger p/ curry/ pepper flakes) + Seasoning(maggi cubes/ onga)
  17. Fry and set aside. (yeah am keeping my filling so simple, to keep ‘em from falling out when shaping my bun)

  19. Transfer back to surface
  20. Cut into small balls
  21. Grease baking pan
