The ingredients needed to make Chicken buns:
  1. Prepare 2 cups flour
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp instant yeast
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp sugar
  4. Take 1 egg
  5. Take 2 tbsp oil
  6. Take 1 tsp salt
  7. Get 1/4 cup lukewarm milk for kneading the dough
  8. Take 2 tbsp milk powder(optional)
  9. Make ready 1/2 kg chicken mince
  10. Take 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  11. Take 1 tbsp salt
  12. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric
  13. Get 1 tbsp coriander powder
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp cumin powder
  15. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder
  16. Take 1 tsp black pepper
  17. Make ready 1 tsp white pepper
  18. Make ready 1 tbsp flour for chicken mince preparation
  19. Take 3 tbsp milk
  20. Make ready 1 large onion

Instructions to make Chicken buns:
  1. Take pot and add flour, yeast, salt,oil, sugar and milk powder and knead soft dough with lukewarm milk. Use lukewarm milk, donot use hot milk because yeast will be deactivated and dough will not rise. Cover the dough and rest it for 2 hours or until double in size.
  2. Now for filling add mince and add all spices mentioned above except flour and milk and cook at medium flame. It took about 20 mins. When mince is half cooked add flour and milk and cook at low flame
  3. When dough rise, make small balls and add filling in it and make make buns with rest of all dough. After making buns cover them and rest them for 15min. Then baked in preheated oven (15min) at 180 C for 20mins.
