  1. At first snif the flour 2 to 3 times then add yeast in it
  2. Now add sugar, egg and milk and mix then knead it well until it becomes a soft dough
  3. Then add butter and mix then cover it for 1 hour
  4. Then for preparing custard add milk in a pan then add sugar in a cup add milk almost 3tbsp and add custard powder and slowly add it in the boil milt then stir it continusly
  5. When it becomes thick then shut the stove and let it cool then make a small ball out of the prepared dough and roll it with rolling pin and make a small circle then stuff the custard in it's middle and join the corner and make a small ball
  6. Then leave it for almost 25min then add jam over them and custard over them too then grease the pan and bake them at 180°c for 20 min
  7. Then serve and enjoy with tea…
