  7. Prepare 1 Onion sliced
  8. Prepare 1 Capsicum sliced
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp Oil
  10. Prepare For Dough-
  11. Make ready 2 1/4 cup Flour
  12. Get 1.5 tsp Yeast
  13. Take 3 tbsp Sugar
  14. Get 1/2 cup Warm water
  15. Make ready 2 +2 tbsp + 1 tsp Butter
  16. Take 1/2 tsp Salt
  17. Prepare 1 Egg

Steps to make Stuffed Buns:
  1. First, marinate the chicken with all the ingredients mentioned under stuffing except oil and let it rest for 30 mins.
  2. FOR THE DOUGH-Take the yeast, add the sugar and add warm water and whisk vigorously.
  3. Add the egg and again whisk well.
  4. Add the salt and add the flour gradually 1 cup at a time.
  5. Once the flour is all incorporated, start kneading the dough. Knead for 15 mins.
  6. Now apply butter 1 tbsp at a time and keep kneading till you get a nice firm and elastic dough.
  7. Let the dough rise for 45 mins to 1 hour.
  8. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. Take oil and add the marinated chicken and fry for 5 min on high flame. Lower the flame and cook the chicken till done and completely dry.
  9. After 45 mins the dough had risen well
  10. Punch the air out and divide the dough into equal balls.
  11. Flatten each dough and put the chicken filling in the center and seal the dough completely.
  12. Place the stuffed buns on a baking tray and let them rise for 15 mins.
  13. Brush the buns with butter and bake the buns in preheated oven at 180⁰ c for 15 to 18 mins or till you see the tops have turned golden brown.
  14. Serve the buns hot as it is or if you like serve with some bbq sauce.
