  1. Take Prep time 3 hours
  2. Prepare Cook time 30 mnts
  3. Prepare Total time 3 hrs 30 mnts
  4. Take 14 Yields

  6. Get 350 gm flour
  7. Make ready 1 tsp yeast
  8. Get 1 tsp salt
  9. Get Water
  10. Take Filling:
  11. Prepare 1/2 kg chicken mince
  12. Take 2 tbsp vinegar
  13. Get 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  15. Take to taste Salt
  16. Make ready 1/4 cup cabbage shredded
  17. Prepare 1 medium carrot cut into thin julian
  18. Prepare 1 onion grated (squeeze out excess water)
  19. Make ready 1 tbsp grated garlic
  20. Prepare 1 tbsp grated ginger

Instructions to make Steamed Buns:
  1. Prepare all your ingredients. Knead a soft firm dough and let it rest for 3 hours.
  2. Squeeze out all excess water from the mince before adding any spice. Marinate the mince with all the listed ingredients and keep aside. Take out the dough after 3 hours, knead it again into a round ball.
