The ingredients needed to make Arabic Dough Pizza:
  1. Get Arabic Dough
  2. Take 2 cups warm water
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp yeast (14g)
  4. Prepare 4 tbsp sugar
  5. Make ready 5 cups cake flour
  6. Get 1 tsp baking powder
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp Klim
  8. Take 1/4 tsp salt
  9. Take 1/2 cup oil
  10. Take Toppings
  11. Take Crystals Sandwich man chilli sauce
  12. Get Chilli garlic sauce
  13. Get Cheese
  14. Make ready Meat (polony/chicken/burger)
  15. Get Nando's hot Perinaise
  16. Make ready Masala chips

Instructions to make Arabic Dough Pizza:
  1. Add warm water, yeast and sugar into a bowl
  2. Let the yeast bloom (about 5 min)
  3. Add the dry ingredients and the oil and mix till all is incorporated and dough is smooth
  4. Add more flour as dough is very sticky (I added about 1/2 cup more when I was kneading the dough)
  5. Cover with a dish cloth and let rise till doubled in size
  6. Flour your surface and divide the dough into 3 to make it easier to roll out
  7. Roll out till your desired thickness. Sprinkle dough with more flour as necessary
  8. Cut into shapes with a cookie cutter
  9. Add a mixture of Crystals and chilli garlic sauce to the base and some cheese
  10. Add toppings, masala chips, Perinaise and more cheese
  11. Brush calzones with egg before baking and sprinkle with poppy seeds
  12. Bake calzones/pizzas for 15-20 min at 180 degrees C or until the base is golden brown underneath
  13. Let the pizzas cool completely before freezing
  14. When reheating, microwave for 1-2 min on high heat. You can add more cheese on top for extra cheesiness.
