  1. Make ready Dough 發酵麵團
  2. Make ready 1 cup water
  3. Make ready 2 tsp yeast mixed with 2 tbsp water
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp sugar
  5. Get 480 grams (3 1/4 cups) all purpose flour
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
  7. Make ready Roux 油酥 (optional)
  8. Make ready 120 grams (3/4 cups) all purpose flour
  9. Prepare 60 grams lard
  10. Prepare Filling 餡
  11. Make ready 1 lb ground pork
  12. Take 1 tbsp soy sauce
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp sesame oil
  14. Get 1 tbsp mijiu (rice wine)
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp sugar
  16. Take 1 tbsp salt
  17. Get 1 tbsp black peper
  18. Take 150 grams chopped green onions
