The ingredients needed to make Bread Omelette:
  1. Take 6 bread slices (round shape)
  2. Get 3-4 tbsp oil/butter/ghee
  3. Make ready 6 eggs
  4. Prepare to taste salt
  5. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Take 2 onion medium chopped
  9. Prepare 1 tomato chopped
  10. Prepare as needed Grated cheese

Steps to make Bread Omelette:
  1. Firstly, in a bowl, beat the eggs and add chopped onion and tomato into it.
  2. Into it, add salt as per taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder.
  3. Stir the mixture well.
  4. Heat the tawa/gridle and put it on low flame.
  5. Over the gridle add oil/ghee/butter and heat it.
  6. Add the omelette mixture and spread it well.
  7. Take a bread slice and dip it on the omelette mixture and flip the bread and rest it on the omelette.
  8. Doing this way coats the bread with omelette on both the sides.
  9. Similarly, dip the other bread slices on the omelette and flip the bread and rest them on the omelet.
  10. Cook the bread omelet perfectly on both the sides on medium flame.
  11. Remove the bread omelette from the tawa.
  12. Serve hot with ketchup and grated cheese.
