Steps to make Raisin buns - home baking with fun!:
  1. Mix yeast, sugar and lukewarm water. Let it leavened. 5 min - 10min

  7. Add 10g of butter and knead again for about 10 min. Hit the board with the dough very hard!
  8. Place it in a bowl and cover. Let it leavened for about 60 min in a warm place.
  9. Now the dough is doubled.
  10. Preheat the oven 180 degree.
  11. Add raisins and mix gently. Cut the dough into 5 pieces.
  12. Make the shape as round small ball. Brush egg over the surface. With the knife make a shallow cut on the surface.
  13. Bake for 15 - 20 min. Recommend to spray the water a couple of times so that humidity of the oven rises. It makes your buns softer :)
