  3. Take 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  4. Prepare 1 lb Ground Beef/Chuck
  5. Make ready 1 Chopped Peppers
  6. Take 1 Chopped Onions
  7. Prepare 1 Butter
  8. Take 1 Garlic Seasoning
  9. Take 2 tsp Ranch
  10. Get 1 Cheese

Steps to make Honey Hot Cheese Burger Stuffed Croissants:
  1. Warm a buttered skillet
  2. Add chopped onions and peppers
  3. Allow peppers and onions to brown a little before adding the ground beef or chuck
  4. Add preferred seasonings and allow beef to brown
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  6. Begin unfolding croissants while beef browns
  7. Mix the honey and hot sauce in a container. Add a little water if necessary
  8. Turn off beef when it's almost all brown(A little pink is fine. It will cook more in the oven)
  9. Brush the honey mixture on each croissant and add cheese to the bigger side of the croissant. (It is okay to flatten the dough)
  10. Add beef to the bigger side of the croissant on top of the cheese
  11. Fold the corners over the meat. Be sure to cover all the meat with the dough
  12. Butter a pan for the croissants
  13. Use the honey mixture or butter to cover the croissants. Do NOT saturate the bread.
  14. Sprinkle garlic seasoning over the top and place it into the oven.
  15. Be sure to check the croissants periodically.
  16. Mix the honey mixture with the ranch
  17. When the croissants have browned, enjoy.
