  1. Prepare 2 cups carrots, peeled and diced
  2. Get 2 cups onions, diced
  3. Get 1 cup apples, diced
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions to make Onion and Carrot Soup:
  1. Boil the carrots and onions together for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked through.
  2. Boil the apples for 20 minutes until fully cooked through.
  3. Strain the carrots, onions and apples and transfer to a blender. Blend together into a smooth puree. Add the cows milk and blend again. If its still too thick add a splash more of the milk until it forms the right consistency for you.
