  1. Mushroom Fry– Pour oil in a frying pan. Add a 1/2tbsp red chilli powder,1/2 tbsp pepper powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder and add a little bit of salt and finally add chopped mushrooms it's fry well.
  2. Then take 3 eggs and add a little salt,1/2tbsp chilli powder, 1/2 pepper powder, and chopped onion, curry leaves, and finally add chopped green chillies and mix well.
  3. Take a 2 bread slices and pour a little butter on the bread and toasted well…
  4. Pour little oil on the dosa pan and add an egg mixture. Sprinkle the frying mushroom on the top of egg mixture.
