  1. Prepare 1 head napa cabbage or regular cabbage
  2. Get 1 lemon
  3. Prepare 1 cup brown rice
  4. Prepare 1 lb ground beef
  5. Make ready 2 beef bullion cubes
  6. Get 1 medium white or yellow onion
  7. Get 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  8. Make ready 1 (14 oz) can fire roasted tomatoes
  9. Prepare Seasonings
  10. Take 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  11. Make ready 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  12. Take 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  13. Get 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  14. Take 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  15. Make ready 1/4 tsp ground sage

  17. Prepare 1 package saltine crackers

Steps to make My Cabbage Rolls:
  1. In large pot boil cabbage. Add lemon. Let boil until leaves are soft enough to fold.
  2. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. In rice cooker start your 2 cups of rice.
  4. In large skillet add your ground beef and break up with wooden spoon, 2 beef bullion cubes, add your white onion, garlic, tomatoes, and seasonings.
  5. In a medium bowl add your meat mixture, saltine crackers (crushed up real fine) and worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and ½ cup of rice. Mix with your hands.
  6. Add meat filling to cabbage. Roll em up real tight. Add the other can of tomato sauce then add half the can of tomato soup or a can of diced tomatoes with juice and place cabbage rolls on top. Repeat until no more cabbage or tomato sauce or soup.
  7. Top cabbage rolls with remaining meat and parmesan cheese and place in over for 45 minutes.
