  1. Dice the onions add oil to heat up in the pan and Chilli oil then add the Onions next garlic and ginger. Let them cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Next add the pork and corriander fry for 5 minutes then the chilli next curry powder stir in
  3. Next add all the spices that are dry including the wholegrain mustard and corn fry for a secound then add the boiling water stir and turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes
  4. Add the Spinach then stir in. After 2 minutes take off the heat and cool a little then add the Cream.add back to the heat to warm up. Rice or potatoes or chips go nicely with this.
