  1. Make ready Pork Belly (mine was precut into 1.5 inch slices)
  2. Get 4 apples (I used Fuji apples)
  3. Get 3/4 cup butter
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup Worcester Sauce
  5. Take 2 tablespoons honey
  6. Get 4 tablespoons sugar (or sub brown sugar)
  7. Take 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning (or similar)
  8. Prepare 1 teaspoon Paprika
  9. Take 1 teaspoon Cayenne
  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon salt
  11. Take 1 teaspoon pepper
  12. Make ready 4 diced garlic cloves
  13. Prepare 1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
  14. Take Lemon juice (1 lemon)
  15. Make ready 2 plain apple sauce snack containers

Steps to make Oven Roasted Pork Belly and Apples:
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Mix Worcester, lemon juice, seasonings, honey, sugar, apple sauce and diced garlic in a bowl.
  3. (This step can probably be done multiple ways.) Add butter to your mixture and mix as well as you can. Put in the microwave for about 2 min to melt butter and release some more of the garlic flavor, then mix again.
  4. Lay the pork skin side up in a large baking dish (I used 9"x13").
  5. Pour mixture over the pork.
  6. Slice apples and fan slices around the pork. (It was 2 layers for me.)
  7. Cover in aluminum foil and bake for about 1hr 20min, or until pork is up to temp.
  8. I served this on a bed of white rice (optional).
