  1. Take 1 head garlic (minced)
  2. Make ready 1 kg pork chopped
  3. Prepare 1 can pine apple juice 240ml
  4. Make ready 1 can sliced pine apple 235g
  5. Make ready 1 cup granulated sugar
  6. Make ready 3 cup water
  7. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  8. Make ready pinch ground black pepper
  9. Prepare 1/3 slice cheddar cheese (optional)
  10. Get 1/4 slice cooked ham cubed

Steps to make Pork Hamonado:
  1. In a pan brown pork from its own fat oil. Set aside.
  2. From the same pan using the oil of pork, saute' garlic until golden brown. Remove from pan. Set aside. Put back the pork and ham then add sugar. Stir. Pour water simmer it until pork is a bit tender.
  3. Let the liquid evaporate. Pour the pine apple juice in the pork. Let it simmer until pork is tender. Add salt and pepper according to your own taste. Garnish with garlic and sliced cheese when pork is tender. Texture should be saucecy not watery.
