Steps to make Pintos Pork and Pineapple:
  1. Render the fat and bacon. When crispy add pineapple I used fresh pineapple. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the onion and spices. Simmer 7 minutes
  3. Add the beans. Then add rest of the ingredients.
  4. Simmer 20 minutes
  5. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes covered.
