Instructions to make Methi Gota / Pakoda:
  1. Firstly clean the methi leaves,wash and cut into small pieces.
  2. Add besan flour, methi, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, chat masala, Ginger garlic and green chilli paste, hing.
  3. Now add water and make a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.Now add 1 tsp hot oil into the mixture.Now deep fry the pakodas.
  5. Fry until golden brown
  6. Ready to serve hot with tomato sauce.
