Instructions to make Healthy breakfast recipe:
  1. Take wheat flour in bowl, add salt and 1 tbsp oil. - Mix it nicely with hands

  4. Drain the water and take it in mixer - Grind to coarse or smooth paste and transfer to bowl. - Add all the other ingredients under stuffing to horse gram. - Mix everything till it is combined.
  5. Take one ball of dough and dust it with some flour. - Roll them as small circle and place the stuffing in the centre - Bring all the edges and seal them - Now roll them like chapati sprinkling little flour.
  6. Heat kadai and place the rolled paratha. Drizzle oil on the top. - Flip them and cook on both sides till golden. - Serve them hot with raita, curd, pickle or any gravy
