  1. Prepare 1 cup onions (chopped)
  2. Get 1 cup celery (chopped)
  3. Take 1 cup bell peppers (2 chopped up)
  4. Prepare 3 tablespoon butter
  5. Take Half cup of garlic
  6. Prepare Half cup of parsley chopped
  7. Get Cup shedded cheddar cheese
  8. Make ready Cup italian bread crumbs
  9. Prepare Tony’s cajun seasoning
  10. Prepare Salt
  11. Prepare Black pepper
  12. Prepare 1-2 cups crabmeat
  13. Prepare 1-2 cups crawfish tails
  14. Prepare 1-2 cups chopped up shrimp

Steps to make Seafood Stuff Bell Peppers!:
  1. Remove tops and seeds of pepper then boil them in salt water for 7-8mins
  2. In large pan pour a little olive oil and put in butter and garlic.
  3. Mix in chopped onions, celery, bell peppers, and cook down for 10 mins on med heat. Add tonys (cajun seasoning), black pepper, and salt to taste.
  4. Add seafood and cook for 3-4 more mins.
  5. When done add bread crumbs, cheese, and parsley, save enough parsley and cheese to sprinkle on top of peppers.
  6. Once peppers are removed from pot, place on baking tray. Stuff the peppers and then sprinkle rest of cheese and parsley on top. Pour enough water into tray to cover the bottom before putting in the oven. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
  7. Take them out and enjoy!!
