  2. Then spread sugar and sprinkle little pinch of salt and some dry flour.
  3. Make square shapped paratha by folding its sides.
  4. By using of some dry flour make a large square paratha by rolling it.
  5. Heat the Tawa and Put the paratha on it. Cook 30 seconds from both sides.
  6. Then apply Desi ghee on for frying till brownish color apears.
  7. Tasty Mitha Paratha is ready to serve.
