  1. Prepare 1 cup wheat flour
  2. Get 1 tsp oil
  3. Prepare to taste Salt
  4. Make ready as needed Water for dough
  5. Get 1 cup grated/mashed paneer
  6. Get 1/4 chopped onions
  7. Take 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander and mint leaves
  8. Get 1 tsp chopped green chili
  9. Make ready 1 inch grated ginger
  10. Make ready to taste Salt
  11. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. Make ready as per need Ghee for making paratha

Steps to make Paneer Onion Paratha:
  1. Combine the whole wheat flour, salt, oil and water in a bowl and knead into a semi soft dough.
  2. Cover the dough with a lid and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. For stuffing take a bowl add mashed paneer, onion, green chili salt, coriander and mint leaves and mix well.
  4. After 10minutes divide the dough and stuffing into 4equal portions and keep aside.
  5. Place a portion of stuffing in the center fold the edges towards the center and press well.
  6. Roll it again like a Paratha.
  7. Heat a nonstick tawa and cook the Paratha using ghee till golden brown spots appear on both sides.
  8. Now Paratha is ready to serve.
  9. Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
