  7. Prepare Vegetable oil
  8. Get Spinach sauce
  9. Take Spinach, 2 large fresh tomatoes, 5 green beans
  10. Take 1 medium onion,5 large scotch bonnet

  12. Get 2 tbspn vegetable oil

  1. Add the oil, grated onions & Scot bonnet, set on flame & mix, add the sliced tomatoes, fry to 2mins & add water, chopped green beans, closer the pot & allow it to boil for 5mins.
  2. Scramble the fried fish & add up, allow it for 3mins & add up the wash, chopped spinach, stir & add the red palm oil, close for 2mins & off the flame. Allow it to rest & serve.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients together & add warm water to make a soft watery dough, add potassium water to the dough & knead for 10mins, close & allow it in a warm place for an hour. Wash your hands & scoop the dough in your palms, make the shape as shown & fry in oil.
  4. Serve & enjoy.
