The ingredients needed to make Healthy savoury papdi:
  1. Get 200 gm All purpose flour
  2. Take 1/2 cup Curd
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  4. Get 1 tbsp Oil
  5. Take to taste Salt
  6. Make ready 2 tsp Black pepper powder
  7. Take 2 tbsp Rice flour
  8. Get 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  9. Take Oil – to fry

Steps to make Healthy savoury papdi:
  1. Add salt, black pepper powder, and rock salt in all purpose flour and knead it into a dough. Use water only if necessary. Keep it aside for an hour. - Add vegetable oil in rice flour and beat it. Prepare a slurry. - Prepare two rotis from the dough prepared from the all purpose flour. Spread the rice flour slurry between the two rotis and press them together.
  2. Using a bit of water, cut the rotis into long strips. - Fry the strips till golden brown. Season with the seasonings and serve hot with a bevera
