Steps to make Savoury beetroot Cupcakes:
  1. Make soup by boil8ng together 2 carrots and 1 beet root. Add ginger garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Cool it and grind to a creamy soup.
  3. Boil together beet root, carrots and potatoes. Cook till done.
  4. Cool and mash together all the vegetables. Add crumbled paneer, poha, salt, ginger garlic paste and bind it together.
  5. Grease small cup cake moulds and fill it with beetroot root potatoes mixture.
  6. Bake them for 10 minutes in a microwave.
  7. Remove them in a serving plate. Top it with mayonnaise and beet root slices.
