  1. Take For kadhi
  2. Prepare 250 grams Curd
  3. Take 4 tbsp Besan
  4. Prepare 1 Finely chopped onion
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp Hing
  6. Make ready 8 cloves Finely chopped Garlic
  7. Prepare to taste Salt as per taste
  8. Prepare as needed Red chilli powder as preffered
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Methi seeds
  11. Make ready 1 tsp Jeera
  12. Make ready 2 Bay leaf
  13. Take 2 Whole red chilli
  14. Take 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  15. Get 2 tbsp Oil
  16. Prepare For pakodas
  17. Get 4 tbsp Besan
  18. Prepare to taste Salt
  19. Get 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  20. Get 1 dash Red chilli powder
  21. Take as needed Oil to deep fry

Instructions to make Kadhi with savoury jalebis:
  1. Mix in curd salt red chilli powder and turmeric powder
  2. Add in water and blend well. See that no lumps remain.
  3. Heat a pan
  4. Add methi and jeera. Add bay leaf and red chillies.
  5. Add onion and garlic. Cook till they are a bit golden. Add in hing and the kadhi mixture.
  6. Cook till boils. Lower the has and cook covered for 15 to 20 minutes stirring in between.
  7. Mix the pakora batter and see that batter is not runny
  8. Add this into a bottle with thin opening.
  9. Heat oil and make jalebi shaped pakoras. Cook till crisp.
  10. When the kadhi is done add coriander leaves.
  11. Serve with rice. Top with the pakoras. Enjoy
