  2. Prepare 20 Prawns (Whiteleg shrimp)
  3. Get 1 tbsp + 2 tablespoons Katakuriko + water
  4. Make ready 1 pinch Salt (to pre-season)
  5. Prepare 1 Pepper
  6. Make ready 1 Flour
  7. Take 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  8. Get 1 tsp *Curry powder
  9. Get 1 tsp *Sake
  10. Take 1 tsp *Soy sauce
  11. Take 1/2 tsp *Grated garlic
  12. Prepare 1/2 *Soup stock cube (crushed)
  13. Take 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  14. Prepare 1 Parmesan cheese for serving

Steps to make Curry Flavored Stir-fried Prawn and Cauliflower:
  1. Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces and boil for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside. It is better to not cut the pieces too big - smaller pieces allow a better coating of sauce.
  2. Combine the ingredients that are marked with *. Peel prawns, but leave their tails on. Make a shallow cut in the back of each prawn and devein.
  3. Combine the katakuriko and water in a bowl and wash prawns with the mixture. Then rinse under running water and pat dry well.
