  14. Prepare 5 baked thinly sliced cured ham

Instructions to make Udon Noodle Soup / Penang Hae Mee:
  1. COOK UDON NOODLE ,,,,,,bring a pot of water to a boil and add udon noodle and let it simmer for 13 minutes then drain and plate it
  2. PRAWN NOODLE SOUP ,,,,,add water and the prawn paste into a pot and bring to a boil then simmer
  3. simmer in low heat till ready to serve
  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil the quick blanch leeks for 2 minute then drain and ( quick blanch beans sprouts for HALF A MINIUTES ONLY THEN DRAIN )
