  2. Take 5 Fresh or frozen prawns
  3. Get 1 clove Garlic
  4. Prepare 1/4 large onion
  5. Make ready 50 ml Heavy cream
  6. Take 2 tsp Soup stock granules (consommé bouillon powder)
  7. Get 1 Salt
  8. Take 1 Pepper
  9. Take 1 Olive oil
  10. Take 1 full rice bowl Hot cooked rice

  1. Mince the garlic and onion. Devein the prawns and cut into 3-4 portions.
  2. Put the olive oil and minced garlic in the frying pan and cook them over a low heat until fragrant. Add minced onion and cook over a medium heat.
  3. Once the onion has wilted, add the prawns. Pour in the canned tomatoes and mash them. Then add consommé powder and simmer for 5 minutes over a medium heat. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the heavy cream. Simmer another 1 minute and ready to serve. Served on a plate with some parsley on top of sauce looks fancy.
