  8. Prepare 1 tsp cumin powder
  9. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup boil rice
  11. Prepare as per taste Salt
  12. Take as required Oil

  1. Grind green chilli, ginger and garlic. Make a fine paste.
  2. In a bowl. Add rice flour, grated carrot, few coriander leaves, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, boil rice, salt, semolina and a little oil. Mix well. Add water as needed. Make a smooth dough. From the dough make a small ball size in shape. Now it is ready to fry
  3. Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil I hot. Fry rice balls till golden brown in colour. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate
  4. Ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
