  1. Prepare 2 cups cooked rice
  2. Take 1 carrot grated
  3. Make ready 5 french beans finely chopped
  4. Get 3 tsp corn
  5. Make ready 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Take 2 green chillies finely chopped
  7. Make ready 4 tsp finely chopped coriander
  8. Get 3 tsp rava
  9. Make ready as needed Oats for coating
  10. Prepare to taste Salt
  11. Take 1 tsp garam masala
  12. Get 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  13. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  14. Take 1 tsp jeera(cumin) powder
  15. Get as needed Oil for frying

Steps to make Rice Balls:
  1. In a bowl take 2 cups rice. Mash it with hands.
  2. Add rava, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, jeera powder, finely chopped coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, finely chopped chillies, finely chopped beans, grated carrot and corn. Mix everything well and keep it covered for 10 mins.
  3. Then take small portions of dough and make balls and coat with oats. Deep fry the balls till nice golden in colour. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and schezwan sauce.Garnish with coriander leaves.
