Steps to make Coco Sticky rice balls😋:
  1. Firstly wash the rice for 3 times. Put over night with the water cover over the rice.
  2. Rinse off the rice water. Steam the rice for 20min in steamer.
  3. After 20min, take out the rice and add in the coconut milk. Stir well until the rice absurd up the coconut milk then add in the sugar and the blue color from the flower extract. Continue stir well. Put aside for cooling.
  4. In the meanwhile, start to cook the topping for the rice ball. Mixed all the ingredients and pour in a small pot. Trlurn on the stove on high heat. Continuously stir until become dark brownish and thicker texture. Then turn of the stove, put it aside for cooling.
  5. Now start to roll the rice ball as the size you like. Put them into muffin paper cup. Add on top topping with the brownish coconut then is ready to served.
