  1. Make ready 2 cups dried dates
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup hot water
  3. Make ready 2 cups puffed brown rice
  4. Prepare 2 tablespoons honey
  5. Take 2 tablespoons coconut
  6. Get 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. Get 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  8. Prepare 1 scoop (32 g) chocolate protein powder

Steps to make Date Puffed Rice Balls:
  1. Add 1 cup dates and hot water in a bowl. Set aside to rest.
  2. Add the other cup of dates in the food processor and blitz.
  3. Add the puffed rice, honey, coconut, salt, peanut butter and protein. Mix together.
  4. I used puffed brown rice, alternatively replace with 2 cups Rice Krispies.
  5. I used chocolate flavored protein powder, alternatively replace with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  6. Add the dates and water into the mixture. Blitz together until they are sticky and mooshy.
  7. Roll the mixture into balls.
  8. Refrigerate overnight.
