Instructions to make Crispy rice balls:
  1. Soak basmati rice for 3 - 4 hours strain it and make a paste.
  2. Take a bowl add rice paste,boiled and mashed potato,capsicum,carrot,green chilli,coriander leaves and salt and mix well and make a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into balls.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rice ball until brown and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
