  1. Make ready 1 cup Leftover cooked rice
  2. Get 1 onion chopped
  3. Prepare 7-8 garlic chopped
  4. Prepare 4-5 chillies chopped
  5. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. Get 2 tsp Pav bhaji masala
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  8. Make ready 2 tsp Besan
  9. Take 1 tsp Rice flour
  10. Get Few Curry leaves
  11. Get 2 tsp Ghee

Steps to make Steam rice balls(leftover rice):
  1. Take left over rice, grind it and form a paste.
  2. Now in a kadai add ghee than add chopped onion and garlic and saute it than add green chillies and red chilli powder, saute it and add pav bhaji masala and saute it for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add this masala in rice than add besan and rice flour, salt, mix it and make balls.
  4. Steam the balls for 15 minutes. After steaming remove balls and let it cool in room temperature. Now in a kadai add oil and mustard seeds.
  5. Let mustard seeds splutter add curry leaves then add rice balls and saute it for 5 to 20 minutes in medium-low flame. Now rice balls are ready serve it with green chutney and enjoy !!
