Steps to make Rice balls #ricecuisine:
  1. Leave cooked rice to cool, prepare filling. Put 2 table spoons of cooking oil in a non stick pan, Add garlic/ginger, then potatoes, until fried through/or begin to brown, add onions, pepper, carrots, salt and stir, add spices and leave to cook. Set aside to cool
  2. Scoop rice in chucks, create a cup/depression at the centre. Put in fillings. Then roll in palm into a firm ball.set aside
  3. Once you have done a couple, set pan with shallow oil, dip ball into egg place on surface dusted with flour
