  3. Make a thin paste of cornflour.if u eat egg then use eggs.
  4. Pour breadcrumbs into a pile on one end of a cutting board. Dampen hands and roll rice mixture into 2.5cm balls, then dip in cornflour and coat each one with breadcrumb.
  5. Add one small piece of cheese and then make balls if u like
  6. In a small, deep frying pan, heat olive oil.Fry rice balls 6 at a time, turning often to ensure and serve warm.
